Unfortunately, some members of our community are really struggling right now, seeing steep, sudden losses of income. And we want to do everything in our power to help.

That's why we've set up a $1 million Small Business Relief Program to help those most deeply impacted. Grant recipients will get free access to GLOBAL YA! for up to DECEMBER 31ST 2020, plus additional "pay it forward" grants they can allocate to others in need in their communities

What is the Global Ya Real Estate Business Relief Program?

A $1 million fund to support Real Estate businesses who have been negatively impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic turmoil, prioritizing those in greatest need.

 

Who is eligible?

Real estate businesses and organizations with fewer than 50 employees who have seen a negative impact on their financial well being as a result of the spread of COVID-19. Yes, solopreneurs, freelancers and sole proprietors are absolutely eligible!

What will they get?

Each recipient will receive a grant valued at $1,250 USD for up to 8 free months of Global Ya Premium service to help them through this difficult economic time. For businesses that are still operating, we hope we can help them squeeze out every extra dollar they can in a tough economy. For those who have had to temporarily pause operations, we hope to help them stay in touch with their community and customers, in order to ramp back up faster when things begin to trend upwards again.

 

Note:  Initial grants are valued at $795 USD which covers:  A) 8 months of Global Ya Buyer's Agent Features + Seller's Agent Features B) Upload unlimited exclusive listings C) Access up to 10 Users (the sales team) D) Unbranded Marketing Material.

If there are funds left in the program after initial grants are issued, we’ll consider issuing additional grants for those on higher level plans or multiple accounts.

Why is Global Ya granting Real Estate businesses free access to its software vs cash?

We hope that providing real estate businesses with free access to our software will enable them to protect and grow revenue through increased awareness, customer engagement and web traffic via the social platforms. That multiplier effect would mean that the $1 million of grants can yield a far greater impact for the businesses, their team members and communities. As a small business ourselves, that amplified impact creates more value than any cash grants we’d be able to offer.
